WX TAG: A special weather statement's in effect for Northumberland County, Quinte West, Colborne, Cobourg and Belleville - calling for a potential ice storm across southern Ontario this weekend. Heavy freezing rain is expected, starting out as rain - It's unclear which areas will be affected, but some could see more than 20 millimetres by next week.
