
Quinte West’s flags have been lowered to half-mast in honour of those lost in the weekend’s shootings in Nova Scotia.
“We are deeply saddened by the events in Nova Scotia,” said Quinte West Mayor, Jim Harrison. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and families of the victims.”
At least 22 people lost their lives in what is the worst mass shooting in Canadian history. The City of Quinte West wishes to show its solidarity with the communities affected by this event and the residents of Nova Scotia
