For 25 years now she has been she has been the voice serving Northumberland within the foundation.
When she joined the NHHF back in September 1995, she was part of small foundation team and became the Executive Director in 1997.
One of the biggest challenges in her career is being creative and showcasing the importance of this charity next to others, as it’s a very crowded marketplace. However Rhonda says she can’t say the COVID-19 pandemic stopped the community; they came together with not only funds but letters and cards of support.
Since joining the foundation she has helped raise over $50 million in support of the Northumberland Hills Hospital including almost $16 million to build and equip the new hospital.
