For 10 years in a row, My Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) has been on the annual Growth List, ranking Canada’s fastest growing companies. President Jon Pole said it’s an amazing feature that not many businesses have accomplished.
When asked if he thinks the company will be on the list again in 2021 for an 11th consecutive year, Pole said they will continue to do what they do best.
Pole said having a good team and systems in place has helped My Broadcasting Corporation through the pandemic.
The president of My Broadcasting Corporation expects to continue with their track record of growth, hopefully adding more stations and products for clients and opportunities for staff.
My Broadcasting Corporation is the parent company for a number of radio stations across Ontario under the brands myFM, Oldies, Classic Rock and Freq. (including Oldies 100.9 in Brighton.)
Growth List Editor Susan Grimbly says despite turbulence, the 2020 Growth List companies showed resilience, spirit and, most importantly, empathy and strong leadership. Grimbly adds it’s encouraging to see that the heart of Canada’s entrepreneurial community beats strong, even in tough times.
