The future of Wellington’s Drake Motor Inn and Devonshire Inn appears to be bigger.
The company managing the two properties has proposed to build 6 new rooms on the Wharf Street side of the Motor Inn and create more accomodation and dining space at the Devonshire.
A application has also be made to establish a residential lot on Niles Street – to build a single-detached dwelling.
The projects will be discussed next Wednesday during a virtual public meeting. Access information can be found on the Prince Edward County website.
