The Town of Cobourg is celebrating National AccessAbility Week this week.
It provides Canadians the opportunity to celebrate the contributions and leadership of Canadians with disabilities, as well as highlight the work of anyone removing barriers.
Throughout the week, the Town of Cobourg will be sharing insights and information to help improve thinking and understanding of accessibility.
There will also be the Wheel the Walk Event held on June 1 at 10am at Victoria Park.
It’s open to everyone and will highlight physical mobility barriers in the community and how we can come together to remove them.
