Charges have been laid stemming from an early morning incident in Port Hope.
Northumberland OPP say they responded to a call from a gathering in the woods at approximately 3:15 am on June 5.
Two people were allegedly been assaulted by being sprayed with bear spray, and two vehicles had their windows broken and tires slashed.
Police say a search was executed on Monday and as a result of the investigation three people were arrested and face numerous charges including assault, mischief over $5000 and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
As a result of the investigation, three people were arrested and charged with the following offences:
Daniel SHERWIN (age 22) of Cobourg
Assault

Mischief under $5000
Possession of weapons for dangerous purpose
The accused was held for bail and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on June 07, 2022.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on June 29, 2022.
