The Cobourg Waterfront Festival is made possible thanks to the dedicated members and volunteers of the Rotary Club of Cobourg and the Cobourg Lions Club. Paired with the Town of Cobourg Canada Day parade and cultural activities in the park, this beloved event has activities for people of all ages.

Waterfront Festival Highlights
Breakfast in the Park, hosted by the Northumberland Central Chamber of Commerce, offering local strawberries and real Maple Syrup served with fluffy pancakes and barbequed sausages. Served from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. daily. Adults $10, children $5 (HST included). One dollar off all breakfasts served prior to 8:30 a.m. Located in the Lions Refreshment Tent by the bandshell in Victoria Park.
Cobourg Lions Club International Marketplace with a wide selection of goodies from around the world, including exotic imports and collectables. (Friday July 1 – 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday July 2 – 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday July 3 – 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
Rotary HarbourArts Show painters, sculptors, weavers, custom jewellery designers, potters, ceramists, woodcarvers, photographers, metal and stained-glass artists, clothing designers and folk artists. Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rotary Park, entrance on Division and Albert Streets.
Rotary Food Trucks & Craft Beer:
Beer Wine & Spirits entrance at Rotary Park at Division Street, operating Friday, July 1 and Saturday July 2 from 12 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, July 3, from 12 to 3 p.m.
Food Truck Vendors located along the south end of Division Street, near the Pier, operating on Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday July 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Children’s Activities in the Park a variety of amusement rides will be offered on Friday, July 1 and Saturday, July 2, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday July 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Ride tickets will be available on-site in Victoria Park. Each ride takes an average of two or three coupons, one coupon is $2 or a sheet of 20 coupons is $35.
Road Closures
All road closures will be in effect from Friday July 1 at 8 a.m. until Monday July 4 at 8 a.m., and include:
- Albert Street from Second Street to Division Street
- Division Street South of Queen Street
- Queen Street between McGill Street and Church Street
- Charles Street from McGill to Division Street
- The Esplanade
