The Hastings Medieval Festival returns for its 7th year this weekend.
Fans of medieval style sword fighting and other period martial arts can get their fill when groups from across the province gather to demonstrate their craft.
Harry Heydon, owner of Blades of Glory and organizer of the event explained.
He said this will be a return of sorts for the event following the pandemic.
While an event like this might be unique to some, Heydon said the novelty wears off after a while.
There will be food, crafts, and also falconry demonstrations.
It will take place at the Blades of Glory facility at 100 Dunlay Road in Hastings, on the Labour Day Weekend, Sept 3, 4, and 5.
