Defensive coach Mark Crough is returning.
New behind the bench is head coach Brandon Francis, from Akwesasne. Francis has represented the Iroquois Nationals at international championships twice. Francis played professionally for six seasons predominantly with the Buffalo Bandits.
Kodiaks GM John Webb says Francis brings a level of competitiveness and credibility that our team that will help the team to advance.
Darryl Gibson is the Kodiaks new offensive coach. Gibson who comes from the Albany Fire Wolves played a dozen seasons in the NLL with 7 different teams, winning five Mann Cups, two NLL Championships and one Founders Cup.
The Kodiaks first home game at Cobourg Community Centre is Sunday May 28th 6pm against Brooklin Lacrosse Club.
