The 7th Annual Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off fundraiser is back, supporting Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH). The CMH Foundation and Auxiliary are holding this fundraiser on Friday, July 7th, under the marquee, next to the Trent River, in downtown Campbellford. The Cook-off is once again sponsored by Maizeing Acres Inc.
Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation CEO John Russell told us how it works.
This year’s event will see eight local doctors team up with eight culinary partners to provide their appetizers for over 150 guests. There will also be door prizes, silent auctions, a raffle, live entertainment by The Bay City Band.
The Cook-Off is taking place the evening before the Annual Incredible Edibles Festival.
Funds raised will support the new Transforming Care Together Campaign, which is raising funds for the purchase of high priority medical equipment and technology, including a new CT scanner and Clinical Information Supports for the Diagnostic Imaging Department of the Hospital.
The event would not be possible without its presenting Sponsor, Maizeing Acres. It is also sponsored by: Aspira Island Park Retirement Living, Batavia Homes, Janie Harrison/Century 21 Lanthorn Real Estate Ltd., Neil Ganson | RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities, KPMG, TD Canada Trust, Rotary Club of Campbellford, Campbellford Wholesale and Giant Tiger.
The Incredible Doctors’ Cook-Off begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 7th. Tickets are $75 per person and are on sale now at the Foundation Office, the CMH Auxiliary Gift Shop or securely on-line at Home – Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation (givetocmh.ca).
