Meet Sean Kelly, the provincial Liberal candidate in the Bay of Quinte by-election.
Kelly has been involved in the Bay of Quinte community for more than 30-years.
The dad of two and local broadcaster told us more about his background.
Kelly says he’s decided to run becasue in his current role, he see’s the needs of the Bay of Quinte.
He says his number one priority is health care.
