On October 2, 2024, Oldies 100.9 and 93.3 myFM will be among 9 local radio stations hosting the Kids Can’t Wait Radiothon across Hastings, Prince Edward County and Northumberland in support of The Children’s Foundation (TCF).
TCF’s goal is to improve the quality of life for children and youth in need by providing educational opportunities, inspiring activities, engaging experiences, and resources, that empower children and youth for future success.
Events coordinator Dreya Richardson tells us how you can help out by stopping in at McDonalds.
All proceeds from today’s radiothon will support programs like “playing for keeps” which offers reduced fees for sports and other activities for children and youth who may be at a disadvantage.
