
Despite a lengthy list of candidates, there was no upset in Bay of Quinte.
Progressive Conservative incumbent Tyler Allsopp walked away with a fairly decisive victory and more than 20,000 votes. The riding was previously led by former Progressive Conservative energy and education minister Todd Smith, who stepped down to take a position in the private sector with Candu Energy.

Bay of Quinte has a population of more than 116,000 and is made up of a part of Belleville, and all of Prince Edward and Quinte West.
