Two people have been arrested in connection with a police drug trafficking investigation in the Tweed area.
OPP officers raided locations on Mary Street and Victoria Street North in Tweed as part of a probe into the sale of cocaine and other illegal drugs in Tweed, Madoc and surrounding communities.
Items associated with narcotics and $2,300 in cash was seized.
The accused – a 49 year old and a 46 year old – both residents of Tweed – are facing drug related charges.
