A local general contractor has broken ground on a major project in Belleville.
Cobourg Development Services on William Street has been hired to overhaul the entire water and sanitary service infrastructure on Orchard and Prince Drive in Belleville.
The project which is expected to last until the end of the year includes the total reconstruction of the road way.
