United Way Hastings & Prince Edward announced just over $2 million was raised in the 2021 fundraising campaign.
The announcement was made yesterday afternoon in a virtual presentation.
Executive Director Brandi Hodge says we are all so fortunate to call this community home.
It’s estimated almost 70 per cent of the money was raised through workplace giving.
The volunteer Campaign Chair, Inspector Sheri Meeks of Belleville Police Service, expressed her thanks to the Campaign Cabinet members who shared their time, knowledge and networks with United Way to help the organization expand their reach in the community.
