The bad news is the COVID-19 pandemic is still raging. The good news, however, is there are still plenty of opportunities to get your vaccine against the virus in Northumberland County.
Under the auspices of the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge and District Health Unit, the GO-VAXX Bus is making stops at various locations in Northumberland in late April and on into May. First, second, third and fourth doses (if eligible) will be available.
Here are the locations, days and times when you can get on the GO-VAXX Bus to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Castleton Town Hall, 1780 Percy St., on Sunday, April 24 from 11-6;
• Campbellford Fire Hall, 50 Doxsee Ave. South, on Thursday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
