Northumberland OPP say they’ve found a body in Alnwick/Haldimand Township while searching for a missing person.
Police say they received information about the location of a vehicle linked to missing person Travis Nickerson.
Officers located the body of a deceased person with the vehicle in the area of County Road 18 in Alnwick-Haldimand Township.
Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death as well as the identity of the deceased.
A post-mortem examination will be conducted at the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto.
