Belleville and Quinte West are holding a job fair.
On September 13, job-seekers and employers can visit the Quinte Region Career Fair at the Quinte Sports Wellness Centre from 1 p.m.-6 p.m.
The event is expecting to host over 50 employers from the region. The municipalities say this allows job seekers looking for a new position or a career change to explore available opportunities and network with recruiters and leaders in the Bay of Quinte region
“The Quinte Region Career Fair will showcase job openings across multiple sectors within our region for people with various skill sets,” says Linda Lisle, Manager of Economic Development and Tourism Services for the City of Quinte West. “We will also have Employment Service Agencies on site to help prepare candidates for on the spot interviews.”
In addition to the Quinte Region Career Fair, the Work in Quinte website is a great resource that connects job seekers and employers using a free centralized job board.
